So originally I was having a ton of trouble ordering- but it was an issue on my end- and the owner was very helpful and kind! I am forever grateful and the whole process was great! Shipping didn’t take long (I am in the US) and the bracelets were in perfect condition! I love them so much and I really recommend this shop, they are AMAZING!!!
