Processing time can take between 1 to 3 weeks and this does NOT include shipping time. This can depend on what shipping option you choose at checkout. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped.

After 24 hours, you cannot cancel your order. In the first 24 hours, if you change your mind, email us on @prassionplace.com 

Once 24 hours are complete, your order is final.

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

For matching bracelet sets, you will receive both characters. For single characters you will receive one bracelet as shown on our website.
